Librarianship Study Room Collection
Librarianship Study Room Collection was founded in 2000. The documents were received in November 2000. On 1 January 2001 the collection amounted to 72 book items.
In summer 2001 Librarianship Study Room collection was enriched by the documents which had belonged to the Central Education Library of the Institute of Content and Methods of Training under MES of Ukraine and the Scientific Library of the Institute of Pedagogics of APS of Ukraine till 1999.
455 documents on library science and bibliography science which had belonged to the Central Education Library and had been kept in the building of the affiliated branch 1 (57 Volodymyrska Street) were also sent to Librarianship Study Room.
The National Library of the Institute of Pedagogics has sent 2903 document items (2001 books and booklets, and 902 jourals).

On 1 January 2016 the Librarianship Study Room collection amounted to 9052 items (4957 books, 443 booklets, 3488 periodicals, 16 electronic editions, 148 authors’ abstracts of dissertations).
Nearly 1,000 books and journals stored in the collection were published at the end of the 19th – at the beginning of the 20th centuries.
