The proceedings of the scientific and practical online conference, held as part of the 17th International Exhibition ‘Modern Educational Institutions’ (March 25, 2026, Kyiv), address current issues in the development of open education in the context of society’s digital transformation and the corresponding scientific and analytical support for this process. This presents the results of academic research and practical experience regarding the creation of a unified information space for open education, the development of information and analytical support for educational and research activities, and the integration of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, data-driven approaches and online services into the system of scientific and analytical support for open education.
Particular attention has been paid to the psychological aspects of the functioning of the digital educational environment, as well as to issues of adaptability, information exchange, academic communication, digital security and support for the professional development of those involved in educational and research processes. The materials in the collection explore the conceptual, organisational and managerial, technological and methodological foundations for modernising the educational and scientific landscape, based on the principles of openness, innovation and transdisciplinary collaboration.
This publication was prepared under the terms of a joint activity agreement between the event’s co-organizers – the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine and the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management – in the context of addressing the objectives of the applied research project ‘Scientific and Analytical Support for a Unified Information Space for Open Education’ (2026–2028, Project No. 0126U001421, Research Advisor M. L. Rostoka). This publication is intended for researchers, educators, and academic staff; heads of educational institutions; specialists in the fields of digital education, information analytics, and educational psychology; as well as professional researchers, including master’s and doctoral candidates, and anyone interested in the development of open education and the digital society.
