Complaints policy
The journal's editorial team strives to respond promptly and constructively to all inquiries and complaints related to editorial activities or published materials. Each inquiry is reviewed by the editorial board and staff of the journal Research and Educational Studies, taking into account the nature and complexity of the issue. When making decisions, the editorial team follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Proposals, comments, or complaints should be sent to the journal's official email address: nps.dnpb@gmail.com. All inquiries are registered and reviewed within 30 business days. In complex cases, the review period may be extended to allow for a more detailed analysis of the situation.
Inquiries should be clear, concise, and contain sufficient information to understand the essence of a possible violation of ethical standards in publication activities. Where possible, it is recommended to attach documents or other materials supporting the stated circumstances to the complaint.
If a complaint is of a personal nature and concerns authors, editors, reviewers, or members of the editorial board, the complainant may receive a response explaining the reasons why such an inquiry falls outside the journal's scope of responsibility. The editorial team also reserves the right not to consider inquiries containing offensive statements, threats, or defamation.
