Methodological foundations for the creation of a scientific and information hub of a library within a smart ecosystem on the Microsoft teams platform
Abstract
The article reveals the methodological foundations for creating a scientific and information hub of a scientific and pedagogical library in the context of the digital transformation of education and science. The relevance of the study is determined by the rapid growth of scientific information, the development of open science, the spread of digital forms of scientific communication, and the need to establish a modern information and analytical infrastructure capable of providing effective support for research activities, information support for the educational process, and decision-making in the field of education management.
The conceptual principles of the functioning of a scientific information and analytical hub of the library are substantiated as an integrated digital environment that combines information resources, analytical tools, communication services, and technologies supporting research activities. Particular attention is paid to the use of the Microsoft Teams platform as a digital basis for creating a collaborative environment, organizing network interaction among researchers, conducting scientific communications, enabling joint work with documents, and integrating the information and analytical services of the library.
The structural components of the scientific and information hub are revealed, including information-resource, digital-technological, analytical-expert, communication-collaboration, and educational-consultative segments. The main stages of the creation and development of the hub within the Smart EcoSystem are identified, including the analysis of user needs, the design of digital architecture, the integration of information resources, the implementation of analytical services, the organization of communication channels, and the development of services supporting scientific research.
It is shown that the creation of a scientific and information hub of the library on the Microsoft Teams platform contributes to the formation of a modern digital research environment, increases the accessibility of scientific information, promotes the development of open science, strengthens interinstitutional cooperation, and expands the role of the library as an active participant in scientific communication. The obtained results can be used by scientific libraries, educational institutions, and research centers to modernize the information and analytical infrastructure of science and education.
