Development of the partnership approach in the school of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi
Abstract
The article examines the educational environment of Pavlyska school, which contributed to the development of the partnership approach. The following concepts are revealed: "educational environment", "partnership pedagogy", "partnership approach". The pedagogical activity of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi in the context of the development of the partnership approach in education in the 50s and 60s of the twentieth century. The peculiarities of the formation of a comprehensively developed personality of a schoolchild based on the principles of a partnership approach at the Pavlyska school have been established. It was found that the material base of the school, which is considered in unity with the environment, is a necessary condition for a full-fledged pedagogical process; a means of influencing the spiritual world of schoolchildren, shaping their views, beliefs and habits. Some aspects of the organization of the educational process at the school of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi. The research used the following methods: personalistic-biographical, historical-genetic, historical-comparative. The goal is to reveal the development of a partnership approach in the school of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi. Consider the educational environment of Pavlyska school, which contributed to the appropriate implementation of the partnership approach.
The optimal educational environment, which made it possible to implement a partnership approach, was considered. It was established that the following principles were established in the Pavlyska school: love and respect for each student; development of the creative forces of the individual in the conditions of the collective commonwealth; formation of moral and aesthetic beliefs in the educational process. In addition, some ideas of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi, which are reflected in the "New Ukrainian School" concept (2016). Also, according to the research results, the pedagogical ideas of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi have a practical and meaningful significance in the implementation of today’s educational tasks.
