EDUCATIONAL ASPECTS OF PEDAGOGICAL REFLECTION ON THE FORMATION OF THE FUTURE TEACHER'S PERSONALITY IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR AND TRANSFORMATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

Abstract. The study characterizes the author's vision of the pedagogical
reflection of a modern teacher who carries out his professional activity in the
conditions of war and transformation in higher education. There is a need to
revise the traditional master's program in vocational education in terms of its
flexibility and development of general competencies, as graduates are
increasingly required to work in unpredictable conditions and apply their personal
qualities.
The article emphasizes the educational aspects of pedagogical reflection,
which include the psychology of a young person's life-creativity, adaptation to
new stakeholder requirements, developed flexible skills, harmony of personal and
professional qualities or competencies, and the formation of value orientations.
The pedagogical reflection of a teacher who provides professional training for
master's students is an important structural component of his or her activity.
The purpose is to reveal the educational aspects of pedagogical reflection
on the formation of the personality of a future teacher in the conditions of war and
transformation of higher education, to actualize the educational value of general
cultural competencies of higher education students, to emphasize the renewal of
the educational environment and the educational system of the university, where
the student is formed as a person.
Methods and techniques. The main methods of the study are the analysis of
psychological and pedagogical literature; analytical materials on the state of
higher education, comprehension of the materials of the First Pedagogical of the
Congress on the relevance of educational aspects of pedagogical reflection to
modern Ukrainian pedagogy; synthesis, generalization, systematization of
transformation processes in higher education through teacher's pedagogical
reflection.
Result. The development of a master's degree in vocational education is a
process of psychological and pedagogical support for the student's personality.
Development becomes part of the student's education system and turns into
his/her personal system of conscious pedagogical action and moral choice.
The theoretical significance of the article is to update the spiritual and
cultural content of the educational environment of the university, where, in
addition to learning, the personality of higher education students is formed
through the conditions of life-creation and pedagogical reflection of the teacher.
Practical significance - as a result of a pedagogical experiment on the
development of general cultural competencies of future teachers in professional
training and use in the educational process.
