Artificial Intelligence as an Effective Technology of Information and Analytical Support of Digital Transformation of Education

Abstract

In the context of the implementation of the scientific study "Information and Analytical Support of Education and Pedagogy: Domestic and Foreign Experience" (2023–2025) by the Department of Scientific Information and Analytical Support of Education of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine analyzed the scientific achievements of Ukrainian researchers regarding Artificial Intelligence as an effective technology of information and analytical support for the digital transformation of education. It was emphasized that the Ministry of Digital Transformation is working to create conditions for AI to become one of the key drivers of digital transformation and growth of the Ukrainian economy. The purpose of this article: to analyze the main aspects of the use of AI as an effective technology of information and analytical support for the digital transformation of education.

The Concept of the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine states that the priority areas in which the tasks of the state policy for the development of the field of AI are implemented are: education and professional training, science, economy, cyber security, information security, defense, public administration, legal regulation and ethics, justice. Attention has been updated to the importance of applying AI in the process of conducting research, in particular due to its ability to visualize complex data and make it more understandable and accessible for analysis. Some relevant aspects of the digital transformation of education are considered - the use of De-Visu technology as a tool of information and analytical support for the digital transformation of education. Obviously, the use of De-Visu technology as a tool has expanded the classical, traditional view of educators and scientists and can be used in a new capacity. During the analysis, a conclusion was reached about the need for global cooperation. In order to maximize the benefits of AI while reducing its challenges, it is necessary to actively engage scientists, entrepreneurs and legislators to work together. In the future, we consider it expedient to study foreign experience in this context.
