thought of Ukraine (90s of the twentieth century) that influenced the formation of
the communicative approach in education and studies their genesis (definition,

It is proved that the formation of a communicative approach in the 90s of
the twentieth century. was determined by two key factors: socio-political and
scientific-pedagogical. The socio-political factor, which was determined by the
processes of restoring the independence of the Ukrainian state, led to a change in
value, spiritual and semantic landmarks of education and pedagogy, and the basis
of the scientific and pedagogical factor were communicative ideas of "tolerance,"
"dialogical communication," "interaction" and "communication."
In the 90s, the issues of "tolerance" were investigated by V. Andrievska,
G. Ball, V. Tytov, etc., dialogical communication - H. Ball, I. Ziaziun,
O. Kyrychuk, S. Musatov, V. Tytov et al., interactions - A. Boiko,
L. Velytchenko V. Kremen, O. Kyrychuk, V. Pashchenko et al., communications
- S. Musatov, L. Savenkova, I. Shyrshova et al.

century. Attests to teachers' awareness of the role of communicativity as an
ontological, teleological and axiological basis for the development of personality
and an important methodological principle for the development of pedagogy and
education in general. The ideas of "tolerance," "dialogical communication,"

communicative catalysts that have stimulated scientific breakthroughs in the
direction of further research, in particular the process of finding a systematic
concept of a communicative approach and developing a theory of a
